The rule, as I’ve always known it to be, is that if you have a question or want to contribute to the discussion you should raise your hand and be acknowledged before you speak. Let’s say you’re pretty sure you have the right answer; you’re still supposed to raise your hand. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that if you didn’t learn this early on your teachers sent a lot of notes home to your parents.
Well, I’m raising my hand.
I have a ton of questions, a load of opinions, a few answers (whether they’re the right answers or not doesn’t matter, I still have them). And I have ideas – so many ideas..
One thing will remain constant, when I figure out what that is, I’ll let you know. For now, topics will be all over the place. I’m pretty sure I won’t be covering speculative stocks or the life cycle of the Forficula auricularia, but never say never. I can get pretty excited about things – Microchiropterans for example, aren’t high on a lot of people’s lists, but they’re pretty high on mine. I can tell you a lot about them, I even know how to make them feel better when they don’t feel good. Oh, and Microchiropterans, or as they’re more commonly referred to, microbats, are found nearly everywhere on our planet, so unless you’re living near one of the polar regions they are around. Be glad.
See, that last bit was a tangent. It happens all the time.
That’s why I’m raising my hand.
